Evan worked in Canberra’s café and restaurant scene for 32 years before commencing at Jindalee as a Sous Chef.

Evan’s career has included managing kitchens at high profile establishments and his current role as Jindalee’s Head Chef.

He enjoys the work/life balance that Jindalee offers.

When not at Jindalee, Evan spends time with his partner and children, travelling and fishing whenever possible. He is also a collector of vintage Hifi equipment and vinyl records.
