Anita Paudel completed her Bachelor of Nursing with Western Sydney University in 2020 and started her career as a Registered Nurse in Sydney based aged care homes.After moving to Canberra in 2021, Anita joined Jindalee as a Registered Nurse and moved into a training coordinator and then a Clinical Care Manager (CCM).Anita’s main role as a CCM is to advocate for residents, delegate key tasks to staff, provide supervision and support to all care staff, including registered nurses, and enrolled nurses. Anita also ensures that residents receive high-quality care.Anita is currently undertaking an Infection Prevention Control course to be a qualified IPC lead.In her spare time, Anita spends time with my family and watches series and movies. She also loves cooking, gardening, and cleaning.She is grateful to her mum, dad, and husband who have always supported her in achieving her goals.
