Deb graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1980 and has performed a variety of roles in Aged Care Management since entering the wonderful world of aged residential care in 2004.An extensive Community Health background before entering Aged Care, Deb has always applied that ‘community style’ philosophy to her various roles.Deb believes that Jindalee is first and foremost the home of our residents, and as such, our team are health and ancillary visitors to Jindalee. A key focus in Deb’s role as facility manager is to ensure that all staff understand that they are here to support and encourage every Jindalee resident to live their best life in the least intrusive way.
